Can I walk instead of run?

Yes! We welcome all runners and walkers! However, if you are planning to walk we do ask that you start toward the back.

Is there a cut-off time?

We do not have a specific cut off. However, the streets will reopen and clean up will begin 90 minutes after the start.

Can we bring strollers and/or baby joggers?

Sure! We just ask that you start toward the back so as not to impede the other runners.

Are kids welcome? And do we have to pay for them?

Yes! Kids are welcome, this is the perfect holiday event for the entire family. If they want to be a character and get a shirt, you will need to pay the registration fee - there's a separate discounted kids pricing!

Are headphones allowed?

Yes. Please be mindful of those around you and be able to hear any emergency announcements.

Are dogs allowed?

Sure! Just please make sure they are ok in large crazy fun crowds and don’t get in the way of other runners. And if you want to dress them up in costume even better!

Can I sign up the day of?

Possibly, but the event may sell out! So please watch the website and Facebook page for updates. If you want to be sure to get your character of choice and secure your spot in this fun holiday tradition we suggest you sign up early!

Are there paper registration forms?

No there are not, we ask that you register online.

I changed my mind and want to be a different character!

That’s okay! Just go back into your registration and change your character. You can also change your shirt size there too. Please note that this has to be done 2 weeks prior to race day!
  • Sign In to RunSignUp
  • Go to your Profile
  • Click My Registered Races
  • Click Manage Registration next to the registration
  • that you would like to transfer your event for
  • Click the Transfer Event menu item
  • Click the Start Transfer button
  • Select your new Event from the Event Drop-Down
  • Agree to the Waiver and click Continue
